The fees we charge are tapered and are incurred in line with the total claim amount you receive from your insurer.
We are open and honest about the fees we charge. You can expect to receive a personalised fee quotation alongside our terms and conditions, if you ask us to act on your behalf.

Fees for appealing a rejected insurance claim
When appealing a rejected insurance claim on your behalf, we work on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis, so our fee would only be payable, if we secure a payout for you.

Example fee
If we successfully support you to receive a claim payout of £400,000.
The first £50,000 would be charged at the band 1 rate.
The second £50,000 would be charged at band 2 rates, the next £150,000 would be charged at band 3 and the final £150,000 would be charged at band 4.
This means that our total fee for a successful £400,000 claim payout would be £40,400 (excluding VAT).

Fees for assisting with a NEW insurance claim
This fee structure is based on you having not yet made a claim with your insurer. If for any reason your insurance claim is declined and you would like Appeal Avenue’s help in making an appeal, the fee charged will be in line with our complaints/appeals fee structure as described above.

Example fee
If we successfully support you to receive a NEW claim pay-out of £250,000.
The first £10,000 would be charged at the band 1 rate.
The second £240,000 would be charged at band 2 rates.
This means that our total fee for a successful £250,000 NEW claim pay-out would be £3,225 (excluding VAT).
