How we work
Our approach to the appeal process and how we can support and help you along every step of the way
Your first call with Appeal Avenue
On our first call with you, we will ask about your situation, this will involve questions about your insurance or pension policy and your health. We truly listen and get to know you and your circumstances. We will then give you some free guidance, based on our experience, on what you might want to consider doing next.
We will also tell you what actions we would take, if you would like us to act on your behalf.
Our agreement
After our call, we will send you a copy of our terms and conditions- this is our agreement with you.
We will also send you a quotation, which lists the fee we would charge to act on your behalf. We work on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis, so our fee would only be payable, if we secure a payout for you.
What happens next?
If you would like us to act on your behalf, the next step is to return your signed terms and conditions, as well as a signed ‘letter of authority’ which will allow us to speak with your insurance or pension company, as well as medical professionals, on your behalf.
We will keep you up to date and informed throughout your claim or appeal journey. Here at Appeal Avenue, although we can’t guarantee success, we can promise a personalised and friendly service.
