Appeal Avenue are fully independent and ethical, claims management specialists with years’ worth of experience in the claims management and appeals industry.
Our mission is to listen and support our clients at one of the most difficult times in their lives with understanding, empathy and care.
We promise to take time to understand your circumstances. We strive to always keep our word and we will never set unrealistic expectations.
We can manage your new claim for you or we can provide free, tailored guidance to allow you to make a claim yourself. We also offer a complaints and appeals service for your declined insurance claim.

Our Experience
Louise and Laura have years worth of experience in the insurance appeals and claims management industry.
They met working for a charity who offered a free financial advocacy service to people living with cancer.
It was working within this sector where Laura and Louise developed their technical knowledge and expertise in this very niche area. They both gained qualifications in life office administration and advocated for many people affected by cancer whose insurance claims had been declined.
Louise and Laura also gained experience of Ombudsman Services by volunteering as investigators during their free time.
When the free charity service sadly closed, Louise and Laura felt compelled to use their wealth of experience to support people facing this very complex area of claims management.
Louise and Laura’s own personal and family experiences of critical illness and disability helped them to relate to the anxiety, stress and worry that serious illness can bring. This understanding drives their passion to combine their complex insurance complaints and appeals skills with their desire to support people to navigate this often frustrating and confusing area of finance.
