We offer a one-off, personalised guidance session to help you navigate your claim or appeal, with the option to pursue matters independently if you wish. We’re here to help you understand your options clearly and confidently. 

We also promise to listen without judgement and to offer expert, compassionate support throughout.

Signposting

We are friendly, professional and honest. We will always work within the boundaries of our service and the regulations that govern us. 

This means that sometimes we may need to signpost you to other services and organisations that are better able to support you.

Each of our claim’s assessors has many years of experience in supporting people in vulnerable situations. We understand that everyone’s situation is different, and we strive to tailor our guidance and support to your individual needs.

Time

We will give you time and space to weigh up your options and will always suggest that you talk through our guidance with trusted family members or friends before deciding whether or not to use our advocacy services. We will never pressurise you.
